A touch of…
When I saw the photo of Frans Hanswijk illustrating an article about 'a touch of Belgium', it reminded me somehow of the rumor about a house in Swansea a while ago that was supposed to look like Adolf Hitler.

Branded by head or by instinct?
The new logo for the Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam by Mevis en van Deursen, with the name written in the form of a 'S', shows intimacy and simplicity as a design concept. Without seeing it all in context it’s difficult to make a judgement though. For more details you can watch this video of an interview with Linda van Deursen on AT5.

C215
I have mentioned him before, Christian Guémy aka C215, often described as 'the French answer to Banksy'. His work nearly always consists of close up portraits and his subjects are usually beggars, homeless people, refugees and religious figures. He also portrays children in his work, in particular his daughter Nina. He loves to leave his work behind on ‘non-places’ where his portraits may be forgotten about. Thanks to Carla.
